Shipping Policy

• We offer free shipping across India.
• Currently, we do not deliver outside of India. However, if you're located abroad and fall in love with one of our pieces, feel free to email us at hello@thelocalvintage.com with the product details. We'll arrange for it to be sent to you, including additional shipping charges.

Return Policy

We do not offer refunds. As a small business, returns can impact our cash flow and growth. We are committed to helping you make the right choice and avoid returns. If you need assistance with sizing, colors, fabrics, or anything else before purchasing, please contact us at hello@thelocalvintage.com.

If you are still unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges for items of the same or higher value. Please email us at hello@thelocalvintage.com with your order number within 2 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange. The cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Conditions for Exchange:

• The item must be unworn and undamaged.
• After we receive and review the product, we will provide you with a credit note for the same amount, which you can use on your next purchase.

Please note that items purchased on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
